5. I will assist you in responding to an offer to purchase by a vendor, and help prepare and complete all paperwork pertaining to the sale of your home as required and permitted by law.
6. I will promptly present all offers to you or your designated representative as prescribed by law or local practice.
7. I will monitor all closing activities as required and permitted by law or local practice upon acceptance of a purchaser’s offer by you.
8. I will keep you well informed throughout the entire real estate purchase process and provide regular information on all sales activities, including showings, advertising, client feedback and related market activity in your area.
